Amazing Villa in the heart of Marbella's Golden Mile. It is located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banús and Marbella centre.

The Villa is fully furnished and distributed on one floor. The Villa has a living room with wood burning fireplace, 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.

The Villa has a tropical garden of about 500 s.q.m., private swimming pool, outdoor heated Jacuzzi, chill out area with Shisha and barbecue area.

~ Inside

The villa has 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. It has 4 double bedrooms and two triple bedrooms. All rooms have direct access to the garden and outdoor areas of the house.

The spacious and bright living room of the house has a wood burning fireplace and direct access to the pool and garden.

The Villa has an indoor dining area with seating for 14 people and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has a guest toilet at the entrance.

~ Outside

The Villa has a beautiful and well-kept tropical garden of about 500 s.q.m., outdoor swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, sun loungers and outdoor dining table for up to 14 people.

Also, in the pool area you will find a chill out area with sofas and Shisha, so you can enjoy and relax with your friends or family.

In the garden you can also make and enjoy a delicious barbecue, as the house has a wood or charcoal barbecue.

~ Restaurants and shops

Within 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the Villa you will find Carrefour and Lidl supermarkets.

Close to the Villa you will find a wide variety of restaurants located on Marbella's Golden Mile, where you can taste both local and international gastronomy.

Among these restaurants, you can find the restaurants Lobito de Mar or Leña, of the prestigious "marbellí" Chef Dani García. We also recommend restaurants such as Mantarraya (Mexican fusion cuisine), Masala (Indian cuisine) or Da Bruno a Casa (Italian cuisine).

Plaza de Puente Romano is about 20 minutes walk from the Villa and there you will find one of the best atmospheres in Marbella with the best restaurants in the city. It is an ideal place to have dinner or a drink.

If you walk down to the promenade (15 minutes walk), you will find beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy the best fish, seafood and paellas. We recommend Trocadero Playa, La Milla or the Sea Grill in Puente Romano.

~ Activities

From the Villa you can reach the old town of Marbella and the Plaza de los Naranjos by car. In the narrow streets of Marbella's old town you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafés.

From the Villa and along the promenade, you can take a pleasant 30-45 minutes walk to the Harbour of Marbella, where you will find a multitude of restaurants and pubs. We recommend Los Mellizos restaurant (fish, seafood and paellas) or one of the most famous "tapas" and "pintxos" restaurants in Marbella, Lekune restaurant.

Puerto Banús is less than 10 minutes by car from the Villa or you can also walk along the promenade of Marbella about 30-45 minutes. There you will reach one of the most luxurious places on the Costa del Sol. In its streets you will find luxury boutiques such as Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, among others.
